SHIPPING POLICY

Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address you provided.​

For our first collection, we are shipping only in Australia. Contact us if you're from overseas, and we can make it work. 

We will ship your order within 1-3 business days after it is placed. You will receive an email with an Australia Post tracking number once the item is shipped.

​Shipping time:

​Standard: 2-8 Business Days ($12 AUD)

Express: 1 - 4 Business Days ($15 AUD)

REFUNDS & RETURN POLICY

All sales are final, so we encourage you to double-check product details and size guides before placing your order.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or doesn’t make it to you, we’ll happily provide a refund or store credit within 7 days of your purchase.

To get started, please provide your receipt along with a photo of the issue. Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note, your bank or card provider may take additional time to complete the refund on their end.
